Vincent was born and raised in Houston,Texas and moved to Austin in 1988 to attend the University of Texas. His background is twelve plus years experience in the high-tech industry, where he managed technical teams, products and manufacturing processes. That, along with his education in architecture, interior design and construction has given him the skill set to professionally guide clients through all aspects of residential real estate transactions. He founded Farelli & Associates Real Estate in July of 2000 with a goal to provide all clients with industry expertise and the world class service they deserve. With over 15 years experience in the real estate industry he has assembled a team of highly qualified Real Estate Consultants, support staff and strategic partners to help individuals and families with all aspects of their real estate needs in the greater Austin area.

Maureen was raised in a large Air Force family, living all over the US and overseas before settling in Texas. She graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Business Management. After college, Maureen spent 19 years with large and mid-sized technology companies in a variety of business and personnel management roles, focused primarily on Materials Logistics, Supply Chain Management and Contract Manufacturing Management. In 2000, Maureen joined Vincent in founding Farelli and Associates Real Estate.  Since then, she has played a key role in developing the company's marketing plans and supporting business processes. Maureen has a philosophy and track record of providing each of her clients an extaordinary experience in terms of education, service and support.

Michele Eilers -Real Estate Consultant

 

 

Michele was raised in Houston, Texas and moved to Austin in 1989 to attend The University of Texas. After graduating in 1993 with a BBA in Finance, she spent over 13 years in the multi-family real estate industry with roles in accounting, finance, property management, training and technology implementation. Before becoming a licensed Realtor, Michele obtained her Loan Officer license and spent several years facilitating single-family mortgages. Janet grew up in Ohio and graduated with her Bachelor of Science Degree in Communication/Public Relations from Ohio University followed by obtaining her Ohio real estate license. Janet's passion for real estate began in her early 20's when she remodeled a home then sold it for a profit. Eventually moving to San Antonio / New Braunfels areas Janet obtained her Texas real estate license in 2000. After moving to Austin in 2001, her focus has been primarily Austin, which gives her versatility in all of the central Texas market. She is a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute where she earned her GRI designation and the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) designation. She has also been a real estate instructor and comes from a family of entrepreneurs in the restaurant industry with real estate as investments. Janet and her husband, Jim, have been investing in the Austin area real estate market for several years. They own Legacy Electric & Energy Solutions where Jim is a Master Electrician.

Penny Bradshaw was born and raised in Quincy, Florida. She moved to Austin, Texas and later attended Concordia University where she received an Associate’s Degree in Behavioral Science and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business. Penny’s professional background has mainly been tied to the Legal Field working as a Paralegal in cases involving civil litigation. However, in 2000 she took the plunge into the real estate arena and obtained her Real Estate license and has loved it ever since.
